Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from California. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and order status.

"On-Hand" products will be shipped out within 3-5 business days from placing an order.

"Pre-Order" products: allow 3-5 weeks for production and shipping. You will be updated via email.

In an event if any orders are LOST or STOLEN during transit or upon delivery, BOTTOMLINE is not responsible for any refunds or replacing of any items. Please contact the shipping carrier for more support.
